TEAM GROUNDBOUND AWARDS PROGRAM
The GDDG Awards Program is designed as an incentive for those players who are considered more competitive. In order to qualify for these rewards a member must participate in an A or B tier PDGA sanctioned event.
Podium Prizes
If you should be fortunate enough to find yourself on the podium this year expect to win some free Groundbounds of your choice. This will include all the GroundBounds on the website to include your Signature Series GroundBound.
1st place will get you 5 GroundBounds of your choice.
2nd place winners will receive 3 GroundBounds of your choice.
3rd place winners will receive 1 Groundbound of your choice.
***You may now substitute 5 GroundBounds for one of our new Chain Silincers***
Milestone GroundBounds
These GroundBounds are GDDGs equivalent to patches for achieving specific goals along your disc golf journey during the 2021 season. If you should complete one of the achievements listed below during a PDGA sanctioned “A or B” tier event you will receive a Special GroundBound designed with the player information and tournament information on the surface. The Milestone GroundBound patches for this year will include:
- PDGA sanctioned Ace
- PDGA sanctioned 1000 rated round
- PDGA sanctioned 1st place win
These milestones must be achieved in a PDGA sanctioned event and might require confirmation from the tournament director.
Team Achievements
The newest addition to our rewards package is the Team Achievements. Whenever more than one of our teammates are competing in the same A tier event and take multiple podium placements in any division, the players receive more awards in addition to the above awards.
v 2 podium finishes – Winners recieve 2 additional GroundBounds of their choice and a MOD II Chain Silener.
v 3 or more podium finishes – Winners receive 3 additional GroundBounds of their choice and a Chain Silencer MOD II. All team members competing receive a GroundBound.
We will be watching you but you MUST report your rewards at the end of each quarter to the Awards page provided at https://www.gooddogdiscgolf.com/team-wins-page within the Good Dog Disc Golf web site. A friendly reminder will be posted on the Team GroundBound page. Please be as specific as possible when filling out the information sheet with Tournament, Date, Hole, and Personal information.
The deadlines for each quarter will be at the end of the following month of each quarter.
